All shipments NOT being sent to the 48 states in the continental United States DO NOT qualify for free ground shipping. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other minor outlying US islands. If free ground shipping is selected, we reserve the right to change your shipping method and cost to the next lowest price shipping method listed. Please keep in mind that Ground shipping usually DOES NOT exist to non-continental US states or territories including Alaska.
The above prices are real time UPS rates and are subject to change by UPS. In the event of a price change, we reserve the right to change your total based on the new updated shipping charge.
Since we process our orders fairly quickly, you have a very short period of time to cancel an order. Once the order has been processed, all cancelled orders where your credit card is charged and refunded are subject to a 5% processing fee. This is what the bank charges us to charge and refund your credit card. Although this is unfortunate, it is a pass through charge and there are no exceptions. However, this may be avoided by applying the charge to another item you would like to purchase.
In rare cases where uncommon items such as antennas, misc cords, mounts, WiFi equipment, CDs, and other products are ordered... if the items are on back order and require a special order, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the following conditions apply to your order. 1) You cancel your order 3 days after your order has been placed . 2) The special order item has already been sent to us. Again, both of these conditions must apply to your order to be charged the 20% restocking fee. In addition, we always give you plenty of notice when an item is on back order. You should receive at least 1 email from us telling you that this item is on back order. From that point, you then have 3 days to cancel your order.

International Orders: For all international orders, we are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that you or we will incur. In the event of a return, you are responsible to pay for your customs and brokerage fees as well as our customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions. We will only ship to you under the above conditions. Please understand this before placing an international order. |
