Our Return Policy


All of our products come with a 30-day return policy. Within the 30-day time period if the product is defective, just send the product back to us and we will exchange it at no additional cost. If you are not satisfied with the product, just send the product back to us and we will gladly refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges). There is a 15% restocking fee for non-defective items. For exchanges of equal or greater value, the restocking fee is only 5%.

If something goes wrong with the product after the 30-days, you can feel safe because all of our products are covered under the manufacturers' warrantee. This covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. It is the decision of the manufacturer to honor or not honor their warranties. We can make no assurance on manufacturers' warranty policies and they vary widely.

Polar GPS is not responsible for shipping costs incurred on any unit(s), no matter the reason for the return.

All returns where your credit card is charged and refunded are subject to a 5% processing fee. This is what the bank charges us to charge and refund your credit card. Although this is unfortunate, it is a pass through charge and there are no exceptions.

REBATES: If you have sent in a rebate request to the manufacturer, the return will automatically be rejected. We always check for this. We cannot honor a return when rebate(s) have been collected and/or the UPC code is missing from the box.

All returns are subject to inspection by Polar GPS.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), UPC Codes, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Again, no goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For all international returns, we are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that you or we will incur. You are responsible to pay for your customs and brokerage fees as well as our customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions Will will only ship to you under the above conditions. Please understand this before placing an international order.
